About Jadeburrow: Lantern Mahjong
Follow the lantern glow into a quiet garden of ivory and jade. Jadeburrow is a 3D Mahjong solitaire game where each matching pair reveals the shape beneath it. Look beyond the obvious match: freeing a buried tile or opening a long row can be the key to clearing the whole garden.
A friendly red-panda lanternkeeper accompanies you through 108 layered layouts across three difficulties. Clear tile markings, free-tile guidance, hints and undo let you think at your own pace. Earn stars, unlock new gardens and return to your saved progress for another peaceful puzzle.
How to Play Jadeburrow: Lantern Mahjong
Goal: remove every tile by matching pairs with the same complete symbol, including its picture and one-dot or two-dot mark.
A tile is free when no tile covers it from above and at least one of its left or right sides is open. Select one free tile, then another free tile with the same complete picture-and-dot symbol to remove the pair. Covered tiles and tiles blocked on both sides cannot be selected.
Look for pairs that uncover lower layers or open the ends of rows. If you need a new idea, use a hint. Undo takes back a removed pair, and Restart restores the layout. Choose Jade (Easy), Lantern (Medium) or Moon (Hard), with 36 layouts in each. Later gardens grow to 48 tiles and four layers. Mouse or touch: select tiles directly. Keyboard: use arrow keys to focus tiles and Enter or Space to select; H requests a hint, U undoes a pair, R resets and Escape clears selection. Clear a layout to unlock the next garden, earn stars and save progress on this device. Use the sound control to mute or unmute effects.
