Thread a chain of little islands into a single connected otter archipelago. Numbers tell you how many bridges must touch each island. Select two islands in the same row or column to cycle zero, one, or two bridges. Bridges cannot cross or pass through an island. Every island must belong to one connected network. Tap bridge buttons as an alternative to selecting islands. Check reports rule errors and Hint sets one link correctly. Play 60 generated puzzles per difficulty with increasing island counts.
