About Quadrop: Four in a Row Showdown

Dive under the sea and challenge Inky the octopus to the classic game of four in a row! Drop your red discs into the 3D board and try to connect four – across, up and down or diagonally – before Inky lines up four yellow discs.

Battle through 30 matches against an ever-smarter AI: later matches add rocks that block cells and bigger 8×7 and 9×7 boards. Earn trophies, learn real strategy tips and see if you can beat Inky on Hard.

How to Play Quadrop: Four in a Row Showdown

Goal: Be the first to get four of your red discs in a row – horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

1. Desktop: move the mouse over a column and click to drop a disc, or press number keys 1–7 (1–9 on big boards). You can also use ← → and Enter.
2. Mobile: tap a column to drop a disc.
3. You and Inky take turns. Discs fall to the lowest free cell in the column. Rocks block cells and can’t be part of a line.
4. Win a match to unlock the next one – 30 matches with bigger boards and smarter play. Every third match Inky goes first.
5. Easy: Inky sometimes slips, 3 undos. Medium: deeper thinking, 1 undo. Hard: Inky plans up to 7 moves ahead, no undos.
6. Use ↩ to undo, 🔊 to mute and ⏸ (or P) to pause.
